Warning from Officials

District Town Planner Gunjan Verma highlighted that many land mafias illegally carve out plots and sell them without departmental approval, leading to legal troubles and potential demolition. Buyers often end up losing their hard-earned money. Verma strongly advised potential buyers to visit the DTP office and verify whether the land is legitimate before making any purchases.

This move aims to protect citizens from falling prey to fraudulent practices and to ensure compliance with town planning regulations.
